Your quote enquiry
The form records the contact details and information you provide so that Vertic’Alps can assess and respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are accessible to Vertic’Alps administrators. Where an email notification is sent to the office, enquiry information passes through Brevo before delivery to Vertic’Alps' email service.
My Vertic’Alps
The client portal contains authorised contacts, their access rights, inspections, associated documents and discussions about findings or requested documents. Access to files is controlled on the server. Expiry of access does not delete documents already uploaded.
Anti-spam protection
When enabled, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical browser information for this check. The content of your enquiry is not transmitted to Turnstile.
External services
No third-party advertising or audience-measurement tools are integrated. Fonts and presentation images are served with the website. No automated AI analysis of uploaded documents is enabled in this version.
Your data
Vertic’Alps uses this information to handle pre-contract enquiries and follow up inspections. To request access to or rectification of your data, or to ask about retention, write to contact@vertic-alps.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Website language
The country estimated from your IP address is used to suggest a language. This lookup runs on our OVH server using a local database; your IP address is not sent to an external geolocation service. Your manual language choice is remembered for one year in a functional cookie and takes priority. If the country cannot be determined, your browser’s language preferences are used.
An announcement can be hidden for the current session. This choice is stored in your browser’s session storage, is not sent to the server and is not used for audience measurement.
